Built around people

Mobile plans were designed for individuals. Households work differently.

Kinlo starts with the people you need to connect, then helps you organise their plans, numbers and support in one place.

01

A child’s first phone

Start with sensible limits and clear safeguards, then loosen them as confidence and independence grow.

02

Teenagers who need more freedom

Give them visibility of their own usage while keeping spending and roaming surprises under control.

03

Helping an older relative

Manage the practical details with permission, while they keep their number and their independence.

04

Everyone under one roof—or not

University, shared care and blended households can still be managed through one trusted account.

Your starting point

A household plan that fits the people in it

Kinlo will recommend a clear mix of plans, controls and support based on your household—not a one-size-fits-all bundle.

More than airtime

A network that earns its place in the household.

The SIM is only the starting point. Kinlo combines connectivity with useful household management and support.

Coverage where life happens

Check the places each person actually uses their phone—home, work, school and regular journeys—before choosing.

Different people, different settings

Give each household member the appropriate plan, permissions and level of help without managing separate accounts.

Help from someone who understands

Ask for help with “Jamie’s phone” or “Mum’s SIM.” Your household context is already there when you contact us.

How Kinlo works

From scattered connections to one organised household.

Add your people

Tell us who needs connecting and how each person uses their phone.

Check coverage

Look at the locations that matter, rather than relying on a nationwide headline.

Choose the fit

Match each person with an appropriate allowance, settings and support.

Bring your numbers

We guide you through switching, activation and number transfers.

Manage together

See usage, plans and costs through one simple household account.

Simple by design

Three plans. No tariff maze.

Final allowances and launch prices will be confirmed with our connectivity partner. Founding households will hear first.

The Kinlo promise

Helpful—even when it earns us less.

Trust is built through what a company chooses to do when nobody asks. Kinlo is designed to keep households informed, not quietly overcharged.

No surprise price rises

The cost and terms should be understandable before you join.

We will flag the wrong plan

If someone consistently uses less, we will recommend reviewing their allowance.

No support obstacle course

Clear help with activation, porting, lost phones and household changes.

Questions, answered

Plain English from the beginning.

Kinlo is currently preparing its founding-household launch. These answers describe the intended service.

Is Kinlo a mobile network?

Kinlo is being developed as a branded UK mobile service using an established mobile network and specialist connectivity partner. Details will be confirmed before customers are asked to activate.

Can I keep my current mobile numbers?

Number transfers are a core requirement for the launch. Kinlo intends to guide each household through the normal UK porting process.

Will physical SIMs and eSIMs be available?

The planned service includes both options, subject to final partner capabilities. Customers will be shown compatible choices during signup.

Does everyone have to use the same plan?

No. The household account is shared, but each person can have a plan and settings appropriate to them.

Will Kinlo monitor children’s messages or location?

Kinlo is designed around transparent controls rather than covert surveillance. Any future safety or location features would be optional, clearly explained and appropriate to the person using the phone.
